Food Criteria

Local Food Producers wishing to use the West Cork Fuchsia logo must accept and adhere to the following criteria:
  • Relevant Statutory/Regulatory body approval
  • Commitment to sourcing of local raw materials where possible
  • Implementation of Certified Quality Control Programme
  • Commitment to Best Practice in packaging and labelling
  • Membership of relevant professional body or equivalent
  • Monitoring by Fuchsia Brands Ltd. and the National Food Centre
  • Implementation of a Code of Best Practice
